On the eve of Metallurgical and Mining Industry Workers’ Day, ceremonial events were held at PrJSC “DNIPROSPETSSTAL”.

The company’s leadership, led by Board Chairman Oleksandr Shablii, congratulated the workforce on their professional holiday and honored the top employees from the production departments. The Chairman of the Board thanked his colleagues serving in the military, wishing them good health and a safe return home to their families and to the Company: “We are all waiting for them.” He also noted the importance of family traditions in the workforce for the plant: “Many people in our departments come from families with a long history of working here. We want this to continue.” “I wish for a swift end to the war and, of course, victory,” Oleksandr Shablii addressed those present. “May everyone be healthy and live in prosperity, may our profession continue, and may we be proud of what we do.”
Along with Dniprospetsstal employees, the following guests of honor took part in the ceremonial gathering: Regina Kharchenko, Secretary of the Zaporizhzhia City Council; Roman Kiryanov, Head of the Zavodskyi District Administration of the Zaporizhzhia City Council; Oleksandr Golovko, President of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers) “Potential”, and Chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council of the PMGU, Yurii Shapchits. They congratulated the workforce on Metallurgists’ and Miners’ Day, thanked them for their courage, resilience, endurance, and professionalism, and presented awards to the best employees of PrJSC “DNIPROSPETSSTAL.” “Thank you for being here despite everything, for keeping this city alive, for bringing it to life,” Regina Kharchenko told the steelworkers. “Zaporizhzhia remains the steelmaking heart of Ukraine. I sincerely congratulate you on one of our city’s most important professional holidays! May everything in life that brings us joy and happiness remain with us, no matter what!”
